Emergency  

We provide 24 hour emergency call out.

If you have an out of hours emergency we will attend the property and try to resolve the situation. Should this not be possible we will make the installation safe and attend the next day if required. 

Electrical installation

From fixing the bathroom light to a complete house rewire, we cover it all. Work is carried out to the latest regulations (BS7671), certified through Napit and registered with local building control.

Landlord maintenance / reports

We complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) on behalf of landlords. We carryout maintenance on tenanted properties, we also make the necessary access arrangements directly with the tenant to ensure quick and convenient repairs.

Property purchase electrical inspection

We offer a wide range of services to meet every type of need.
We always advise people to consider an electrical inspection before purchasing a property as it's best to know the state of the electrical system before you move in, as you don’t want any nasty surprises! Look at it as the same you would a general survey on the property, but this way you are looking that little bit closer at the electrical condition of your future home.
